REPORT A SIGHTING

We rely on gathering as much information as possible about local species of every kind. Please use the link below to report any wildlife you’ve seen. You don’t need an iRecord account to submit a sighting, although you’re welcome to create one if you’d like.
iRecord is the national database for wildlife records. The Wild Maidenhead team regularly downloads local data from iRecord for analysis. Records from Berkshire and Oxfordshire feed into the Thames Valley Environmental Records Centre (TVERC), whose datasets are then used by RBWM to inform planning decisions and wider environmental work. Your observations genuinely help shape local conservation efforts.

Recordings of all species, even the seemingly commonplace, are valuable as it allows their numbers to be tracked over time.
